The Book of Common Prayer
Our primary worship services on Sunday are from the BCP, using Holy Eucharist Rite I and Rite II. We worship with our body by using our voice to pray the ancient prayers and to sing, by kneeling, putting our hands together or lifting our hands in praise, and to partake in the bread and wine that nourishes our soul.
Holy Eucharist
We are a eucharistic centered community, which means that Holy Communion is central to our worship.
Music
He who sings, prays twice ~ attrib. St. Augustine
Whether one sings in choir or in the pew, music is an important form of worship at our 10:30AM service on Sunday.
